Passion fruit has so many lovely varieties. This one is light purple with purple tendrils. This particular variety bears large yellow edible fruit. Passion fruit has such an amazing exotic taste with a tropical aroma. Some vines produce larger fruit, while others are rather small and not much fun to fool with. These produce nice large fruits.
Seeds can be planted in fall for a spring emergence or cold stratified in your refrigerator for 60 days.
This is for 10 seeds. Grows to lengths of 20-30 feet
USDA Zones 5-11. Has even been said to overwinter in zone 4 with a nice thick layer or mulch.
Can be grown as a container plant in any zone
