This is for 100 Certified Organic Slow Bolt Cilantro Seeds.
Cilantro is a warm weather annual that can be easily grown in a sunny window.
If you’ve ever had problems with bolting(plant goes to seed quickly and dies), you may want to try to plant cilantro like you would baby lettuce greens. This is a slow bolt variety though, so plants will bolt later than average.
Plant about 8-10 seeds in a pot that are about an inch apart. When the greens get a few inches tall, snip them off. The leaves will grow back within a week and you can make some fresh salsa whenever you want. An added benefit is that baby greens tend to be healthier with their brand new growth. Talk about fresh!
You will get harvest after harvest of fresh baby cilantro and when they start to decline, with 100 seeds, you’ll have a years worth of seeds to replace them with.
It can also be grown the traditional way, particularly if you want the seeds. Did you know that cilantro seeds are coriander? A spice within a spice!
Annual. Zones 3-11. Should be planted
In spring in climate zones 3-8 and fall in zones 9-11. Can be grown any time of year indoors. Will return from seed in frost free zones
See my other listings for Rosemary, Parsley, Basil and Oregano for your own indoor(our outdoor) herb garden. These can even be grown hydroponically.
I combine shipping on all seed orders, you pay one flat fee for as many seeds as you would like for no additional shipping. Orders over $35 for any combination of items in my shop ship for free!
All of my seeds are tested and guaranteed. Most of my seeds are fresh off of my own plants.
