Aji Dulce
Rainbow mild heat sweet pepper.
 
A flat cap like round pepper, native to Cuba and Puerto Rico. Cachucha is Spanish for cap.

Peppers are different colors at various stages from purple to green to yellow to orange and finally red. The less ripe the pepper, the milder the heat. These are much less hot than a jalapeño and have a sweet taste. Perfect when you want a little bit of heat but want to be able to still taste it!

Plant in spring or summer in cooler climates and anytime of year in warmer climates. Ideal temperature is between 70 and 95 degrees.

Sprouts in only 7-10 days. Full sun.
