Fenugreek has many medicinal uses.

It has a maple syrup like taste and is used in all sorts of foods, for a natural flavoring.

The seeds are eaten by grinding or dry frying them. To dry fry, heat up a pan, put in the seeds and, over a medium heat, brown for a couple of minutes, tossing them around the pan actively. The leaves are also dried and used to flavor many dishes.

Grows 2-3 feet tall

Tender annual that can be grown anywhere as long as temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees for 40 days (inside or out.)
