A beautiful blue flower and plant for medicinal and culinary uses. A cousin of comfrey.

Flowers are used to decorate cocktails and desserts with an edible flower with a honey taste. They are beautiful in salads and the leaves have a mild refreshing cucumber taste. The leaves are also commonly chopped and used to flavor cream cheese. In England, fresh flowers are frozen inside of ice cubes for cocktails!

This is the plant in which borage oil is derived.

Ideal temperatures are between 60-85 degrees F. Annual. Prolific re-seeder, year after year.
