Celosia Pampas Plume is named after its’ pampas grass like plumes in vibrant shades or red, orange, yellow, pink and hot pink.

These make for a stunning display as well as bouquet.

Celosia is in the amaranth family and is edible too!

Celosia is an annual that can be planted in spring or summer in cooler climates and any time of year in zones 9+.

Seeds can be collected and replanted the following spring by storing in an airtight container in a cool and dark location.

These make for an excellent dried flower.

Many people are unaware that both the leaves and flowers of this beautiful plant are edible and contain many antioxidants. They can be eaten in salads or cooked.
