Similar to wheatgrass, this is actually very healthy for humans too and great for juicing!

Easy to grow in pots in a sunny window for kitties to munch on when desired. You can use a plastic pot, but I prefer ceramic for an attractive display, so I used thick double sided tape and attached it to my windowsill so the cats can have a snack without knocking it off.

Gets about 6 inches tall, perfect for small pots and regenerates quickly. “Trimming, aka snacking” is actually encouraged for more growth.
