An easy to grow herb with so many culinary and medicinal uses. Not just for pickles, dill is used to season many dishes and make wonderful cream sauces. Pairs especially well with lemon, in my opinion.

Plants grow 2-4 feet tall and has beautiful yellow flowers.

Biennial zones 3-11. Lives for 2 years and then self seeds. Grow in spring and summer in zones 3-8 and fall and winter in zones 9-11. This can also be grown as an indoor plant in any zone at any time of year with adequate lighting.

For growing outdoors, these are best grown in winter in zones 9-11 and spring in summer in zones 3-8
