Nothing says the tropics like pampas grass, but you don’t need to be in the tropics to enjoy them. Pampas grass is an evergreen perennial in zones 7+.

The plant blooms in late summer and the grass itself can be enjoyed year round.

Plant when temperatures are 70 degrees and above.

Be wary of photos of pampas grass that are “too pink” or purple! Pink pampas grass is very real but is not the color of pink that some sellers pass it off to be and purple does not exist! Nor does blue, green or any other color other than pink or white.

EVERGREEN in Growing zones 7-10

Grows 5 to 7 feet tall and 6 feet wide.

This is for 100 seeds. The seeds are very tiny. Detailed instruction are provided with every seed packet.

Pampas grass can be trimmed to the desired width, take care when trimming as the grass blades can be sharp is you rub across them backwards. Best to wear gloves when trimming.
