Black Mustard seeds are responsible for the kick in Dijon Mustard!

It is one of the oldest cultivated spices. Young leaves are eaten fresh (very nutritious), mature leaves are sautéed and at the end of its life cycle, seeds can be collected to make Dijon mustard.

The flowers are a beautiful sunny yellow.

You can grow these and harvest the seeds to make your own Dijon. It actually has very few ingredients and is easy to make.
