A native grass that produces beautiful and abundant masses of purple plumes from summer to fall. The foliage turn a lovely bronze right before frost and returns every spring.

Grows up to 3 feet tall and wide, including the plumes. The plant itself reaches 8-24 inches tall and has a nice mounding habit.

Drought tolerant, very easy to grow

Press the seeds into the soil and do not cover as they need light to germinate.
