Cosmos is great for beginner gardeners. It is so easy to grow, not fussy and grows quickly. The foliage is delicate and feathery. 
 
An exciting new variety, similar to Apricot Lemonade but swap the yellow with pink! Apricotta features varying shades of peach with pink.
 
Ideal germination temperatures are between 68 and 72 degrees, but cosmos can handle some heat as well.
