Long, 4-6 foot stalks covered in bell shaped flowers, this is a hybrid rainbow mix of purple, pink, yellow, peach, white and some bi-colors. 
 
These can be grown in very cold regions as well as warm. they do prefer some afternoon shade in warmer zones. 
 
Seeds are best planted in the fall for a natural cold spell to emerge in spring. A cold spell helps to increase germination but is not required. 
 
Biennial (lives for 2 years but easily re-seeds) Commonly reported as a perennial but they are actually a short lived perennial. Re-planting is not usually necessary as they re-seed easily.
