A beautiful compact lettuce, with pink in the center that slowly graduates to red, then green and a deep dark,  nearly black purple on the outer leaves. An F1 hybrid, cross-bred for desired qualities, not to be confused with GMO. These are cross pollinated in a similar way that bees would do. Makes for a beautiful display, salad or garnishment.
