An early Asian variety in a beautiful neon red orange! Pods are 6 inches long.

Okra loves heat, plant in summer when temps are between 70-90 degrees. Harvest in only 60 days and subsequent harvests after.

The fruit follows large beautiful cream colored flowers with a red center that look like Mahoe Hibiscus blooms. (Actually part of the Hibiscus family)

Soak seeds for 24 hours before planting. Pick when pods are tender. If you let them get too large(as with any okra) they will get very tough. If this happens, save those for for seeds for future plantings.

While Okra is generally viewed as an annual, it can actually live for several years in zones 12 and 13 and is considered a perennial only in these zones. It is easy enough to collect seeds and replant every year though, especially considering okra's fast growth rate.

This is for 30 organic, heirloom, Non-GMO seeds. These have a high germination rate.

Plants get very large(6 feet tall!) and are high yielding. You will want to designate some space for these or plant some and refrigerate the rest in an airtight container.

I combine shipping on all seed orders, you pay one flat fee for as many seeds as you would like for no additional shipping. Orders over $35 for any combination of items in my shop ship for free!
