10 seeds
You may be familiar with this native wildflower. Common violets were not given much attention until the last few years as we have come to realize how important preserving our native wildflowers has become.
Pretty little violet flowers form a nice mat of ground cover that is very attractive to pollinators.
The seeds require 60 days of cold stratification to break dormancy. The seeds can be planted in fall for a spring emergence or cold stratified in your refrigerator - fold seeds into a moist paper towel and seal in ziploc bag for 60 days, then sow as normal.
This is for 10 seeds. Plants readily self seed and you will have a nice patch that will grow in no time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE SEEDS MUST BE REFRIGERATED UNTIL PLANTING TIME. WE KEEP THEM IN COLD STORAGE. A FEW DAYS IN TRANSIT WON'T HURT THEM BUT RETRIEVE THEM FROM YOUR PACKAGE AND PLACE THEM IN YOUR REFRIGERATOR UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO PLANT.
