Knautia Arvensis is the Latin name for a species of plant commonly known as Field Scabious. It is a flowering plant in the honeysuckle family. It is a perennial plant that typically grows to be about 1-2 feet tall and is often found in meadows and grasslands. The plant produces small, blue-violet flowers that bloom from June to September, and it is often used as an ornamental plant in gardens and other landscaping projects.

The seeds require a brief period of cold for 30 days. Seeds can be sown in fall for a spring emergence or cold stratified in your refrigerator. Fold seeds into a moist paper towel, then seal in a ziploc bag and place in your refrigerator for 30 days, then sow as normal, at 68 degrees and above
