A stunning spring wheat, Utrecht Blue is a Dutch heirloom wheat, grown in the Netherlands in the 1900's. The berries are a shocking blue and the heads have contrasting black bristles.

While it is edible, most consider it to beautiful to eat and include it in wheat weaving, arrangements or other such decor.

Grows 36 inches tall. So amazing to watch grow from start to finish. Harvest in 150 days
