They can also be grown in hanging baskets. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e These develop tubers that go dormant in winter in zones 7-8B and just grow year round in zones 9+. They can also be grown outdoors as annuals in zones less than 7, but some people actually dig them up and replant them the following spring!\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e These rambling delicate vines can grow up to 10 feet, with twining little tendrils to grasp onto whatever is close by. The vines produce pretty yellow flowers followed by adorable little cucamelons.
