emperor-s-cloak-heuchera-he011c
Bulk Emperor’s Cloak Heuchera Seeds, Coral Bells, Shade Plants, Indoor Plants, Heuchera Micrantha HE011C
The deepest darkest Heuchera I’ve seen yet!

Nearly black leaves offset by a stunning contrast of red blooms!

Still rather difficult to find in the US

Looking for an indoor plant or something for your shade garden? I'm always looking for shade loving plants because I have so many plants that everything is shading everything else! It is rather rare for shade plants to bloom but these do! This plant is actually grown for its beautiful foliage, so the blooms are a bonus.

Ever wonder why you see so many different pictures of the same plant? That’s because the only way to duplicate a specimen of Heuchera exactly, is by propagation via cuttings. When you grow by seed, cross pollination by bees will produce a variety of colors. You may get some variations in color, but they will be very close to the photos you see here.

You may have also noticed that certain heuchera cultivars are not available in seed form, that’s because something amazing happened via cross pollination and a hybrid was created(like Georgia peach-oh my!) but the seeds are either sterile or they won’t produce the same plant.

It's unusual to get seeds from shade plants because since many of them don't flower, they don't produce seeds and reproduce via underground rhizomes.

These make a great border plant among bright spring green plants and are often used by landscapers in shade gardens with a rotation of dark and green (or any light color) for an impressive display. These can also be kept in pots indoors since they do not require direct sun.

They actually can be grown in full sun as well, as long as you slowly acclimate them, but prefer part sun to shade.

Grows 8 inches tall and 1-2 feet wide.

Growing zones 4-10. These remain evergreen in warmer climates and are a perennial in colder climates that will return every spring!

The seeds should be stored in cold storage for 2 weeks to simulate a cold spell in its native environment, then the seeds can be started in pots and either kept in pots or transplanted outdoors. These look beautiful planted in pots surrounding a green or flowering focal point in the center.

This is for 100 seeds.

I combine shipping on all seed orders, you pay one flat fee for as many seeds as you would like for no additional shipping. Orders over $35 for any combination of items in my shop ship for free!

All of my seeds are tested and guaranteed. Most of my seeds are fresh off of my own plants.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0973/5815/2043/files/0_55fa0a51-2a9e-45f5-b99f-6bdec3539d95.jpg?v=1775072045
