Each year, the plants grow fuller and produce more abundant blooms. In just a couple of years. you can have an amazing patch of these beautiful plants. Regardless of when they are planted, the seeds (which transform into tubers) will remain dormant until August. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e It prefers well-drained, sandy soil and plenty of sunlight. It can be grown outdoors in warm climates or indoors in pots in cooler climates.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e Perennial zones 8-10, can be grown in pots and brought indoors in winter, during its dormancy period and returned outdoors after danger of frost. \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003e These require patience with a big pay off.
