Spun Sugar Celosia is a stunning variety of celosia with plume-like blooms that resemble soft tufts of spun sugar. It has bright and pastel-colored flowers, which include shades of pink, lavender, yellow, cream, and occasionally deeper tones like red or orange.

The plant typically grows to a height of 12–24 inches, with a spread of 6–12 inches. Its foliage, often green but sometimes tinged with reddish hues, provides a striking contrast to the colorful blooms.
