Sunfinity Yellow Dark Center is the sunflower that just won't quit. While traditional sunflowers bloom once and fade, this branching hybrid produces wave after wave of bright golden-yellow blooms with a striking dark chocolate-brown center, flowering continuously from late spring all the way through frost — often producing 100+ blooms per plant in a single season.
Its bushy, branching habit means more flowers per plant rather than one single stalk, making it a standout in garden beds, borders, large containers, and cutting gardens alike. At a manageable 3-4 feet tall with a 24-30" spread, it delivers classic sunflower presence without overwhelming smaller spaces.
Pollen-free yet irresistible to bees and butterflies, this variety thrives with minimal maintenance — no deadheading required to keep the blooms coming. Sturdy stems and excellent vase life also make it a favorite among cut-flower growers.
Quick growing facts:
Sow ¼-1" deep, soil temp ~70°F
Space 12-18" apart
Full sun (6-8 hrs/day)
Blooms late spring through frost
Height: 3-4 ft | Spread: 24-30"
