A mild sweet scallion with brilliant purple bulbs. These are fast growing and emerge in only 6-7 days when temperatures are between 65 and 75 degrees.

Harvest in 6-9 weeks. If allowed to mature further, the bulb turns a beautiful shade of pink. Perfect for salads, sandwiches and an impressive brightly colored garnish. Can also be used in place of chives.
