HALO BLUSH HOLLYHOCK
Hollyhocks are stately biennials or short-lived perennials in the genus Alcea, native to central Asia and southeastern Europe, grown for centuries in cottage and kitchen gardens for their tall, upright spikes of wide, tissue-paper blooms. Halo Blush produces soft blush-pink flowers with a contrasting darker center — the characteristic "halo" marking that distinguishes this type from solid-colored selections. Plants typically reach six feet or more, making them well suited to borders, fence lines, or any spot that can hold a vertical accent. Bees and hummingbirds work the flowers reliably through summer.
