This vegetable is fantastic for standing up to intense heat. It is also grown in Southeast Asia (tip- plants that grow well there, tend to do very well in hot and humid climates.)
Also referred to as Asparagus beans, Long yard beans get 10-20 inches long. This is a variety with purple pods.
They create dramatic vines that reach 10 to 12 feet long and are prolific producers.
Yard Long beans are typically stir fried and can also be used in soups or eaten raw.
This is for 20 seeds.
